“My name is Bradley Cooper, I’ve played hockey for just over 10 years, and I am a goaltender for the Prince George Spruce Kings of the BCHL. Although goaltenders are considered hockey players just like forwards and defensemen, we are very different athletes. As a goalie, I rely more on agility, quick reactions, and endurance than anyone else. Finding a program which would cater to those needs is often tough, as most programs train goalies the same as any other player. OPEX, however, took into account who I was as an athlete and how I specifically would be able to improve my game as a goaltender. I noticed on ice benefits from OPEX more than any other program I had tried in the past, and I know I will continue doing so in the future.”

LUCAS Barker

“My name is Lucas Barker, I’ve been skating since I was 2 and playing hockey since I was 5. Currently I play for the North Vancouver Wolf Pack of the Pacific Junior Hockey league. Training with north shore OPEX was a great experience. I highly recommend the personalized program that is created when training with OPEX It was a large factor of how I was able to prevent injury’s throughout the offseason and make tremendous gains in my lifts. Thank you Shayan for guiding me mentally and physically, helping my game.”

“My name is Bradley Ong. I have been playing hockey since I was 3 years old. I am currently playing for the Connecticut Junior Rangers in the NCDC. My experience with OPEX was incredible. I was able to gain 20 lbs in my off-season which has made a huge difference in my game. I can’t thank Shayan enough for his effort in helping me develop into a better player. “

“Hi my name is Lucas Wong. I’ve been playing hockey since I was 4 years old. I currently play of the Connecticut Junior Rangers as a defenseman. My experience training with OPEX has helped me translate my off ice strength and speed to the ice. I was able to make extreme improvements in my strength and speed with OPEX. I learned about how my body functions and specifically about what my body needs to perform at an elite level. I’m very grateful to have trained with Shayan this past summer and how he has helped me develop into a better hockey player.”
